Add Carve to Markup and CSS (#1478) Carve is a lightweight markup language derived from Markdown and Djot. The PHP package is a standalone parser and renderer with no runtime dependencies beyond PHP 8.2. Entry placed alphabetically, ahead of Cebe Markdown.
