Import plaintext account bookmarks from Chromium browsers

fix: import plaintext Chromium account bookmarks

Read AccountBookmarks alongside Bookmarks in Chromium-based profiles,
keeping the single import prompt and the existing duplicate handling.
Import failures are reported per file and the browser-level message is
only printed when none of the files imported.
