Find the editor on PATH so .cmd editors work on Windows

edit_rec() ran the editor with subprocess.call(['code', ...]). On
Windows, CreateProcess only appends .exe to a bare command name, so
editors installed as .cmd wrappers (VS Code's code.cmd, for example
EDITOR="code --wait") were not found and `buku -w` printed
"Cannot open editor".

Resolve the command with shutil.which() first, which honours PATHEXT.
